Super Lokaal Festival

On Sunday December 7th Mensa Mensa, Thuis in Charlois, Swamp, Global seasons and other organizations will introduce themselves at Some Other Space with the goal to share with the local residents good and affordable cuisine available in the neighbourhood of Rotterdam Zuid.

On this day, you can sample different cuisines, Artist Parel Strik will presents her project, and there will be two workshops:

Tempeh making workshop
In this workshop, you will learn how to make tempe from various beans and lentils and how to prepare it. Join in or taste Rob Tak's delicious homemade tempeh.

Foraging workshop
Join artist and wild forager Charlotte Catala-Martin on a wild foraging trip. She will explain what you can find and what you can eat.
